In view of the NEP 2020 pre-schooling is mandatory for the age group of 3 to 5 years of child. Hence PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya Cossipore started Balvatika-1, 2 and 3 in November 2022. Since their inception teachers of Balvatika have been helping students inculcate basic skills for lifelong learning.
